Chris Burnett Associates assist in obtaining planning approval for Grafton Hall, a £16m eco-mansion. The 11 bedroom mansion will be one of the first homes in Britain with zero carbon emissions. The mansion set on a 200 acre site will produce its own "green energy" to heat and light its 32,000 sq ft of living space.
